Dashboard Overview

Your Campaign Dashboard is your home base for managing everything during your live campaign and after it closes. For a full visual walkthrough, see our Campaign Dashboard Guide.

How to access your dashboard

Log in to StartEngine with the account associated with your offering, then click your name in the top-right corner and select “Campaign Dashboard.” To grant dashboard access to additional users, provide our Campaign Management team with the email address linked to their existing StartEngine account.

Campaign Overview

A snapshot of your campaign: total amount raised, number of investors, number of investments, and followers. Note that your dashboard total includes unpaid wire transfers and investments over $25,000, while your public campaign page excludes them, so the two figures may differ. Followers are StartEngine users who have invested, started an investment, or chose to follow your campaign.

Investment Breakdown

See all of your investments — pending, cleared, or otherwise — with investor name, amount, and status. To access full investor data, including contact information, you first need to disburse on their funds. You can export your investor list here once you've disbursed; see How do I get the contact information of my investors?

Funds Breakdown

Shows all funds received into escrow, with a detailed breakdown of amounts disbursed, issuer and investor fees, your deposit hold, and funds awaiting AML/KYC verification.

Disbursements

View the estimated amount of your next disbursement and any active disbursement restrictions. Once you've met your minimum funding goal and approved your first disbursement, all future disbursements are automatically scheduled about every two weeks.
