Do I have to sign any agreements with StartEngine to launch my Reg CF?

There is an escrow agreement that each company needs to sign before going live. This agreement is required to set up your escrow account and connect with their technology.

Each company must also sign StartEngine's Posting Agreement. The Posting Agreement is the legal agreement between StartEngine and the company.
