How do I cancel my investment?

 For investments in Reg CF campaigns, investors are able to cancel at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before an issuer conducts a rolling close ("Notice of Disbursement" is sent with deadline to cancel). If the issuer does not close on your funds during the campaign, you will be able to cancel your investment up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. 

To cancel your investment(s), please follow the instructions below:

• Login to your StartEngine account by clicking here
• Click your avatar in the top right-hand corner
• Click "portfolio"
• Click on "Open Transactions"
• Select the investment in which you would like to cancel
• Click the "Cancel Order" button (If a red pop-up bar appears at the top, your investment is not eligible for cancelation, as it falls within the 48 period. If your investment was paid for using wire please click here to have an investor experience specialist assist you with the cancelation).

To cancel your investment(s) using the StartEngine App, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your StartEngine account
2. Click the "Pie Chart" diagram in the utility bar at the bottom of your screen.
3. Select your desired investment.
4. Click the "Cancel" button on the bottom of the screen.

Investments in Reg A+ campaigns, Reg D and Collectibles can be canceled within 48 hours from the time that the investment was submitted.
