How do I deposit and withdraw funds using the StartEngine App?

To deposit funds from your StartEngine Secondary trading account, using StartEngine's App, please follow these steps:

1. Open StartEngine's App on your device
2. Click on the person icon at the bottom of the screen
3. Click "Deposit Funds"
4. Enter your deposit amount and select the account you will be depositing funds from
5. Click "preview"
6. Click "submit" once you are ready to initiate the withdrawal

To Withdraw funds from your StartEngine Secondary trading account, using StartEngine's App, please follow these steps:

1. Open StartEngine's App on your device
2. Click on the person icon at the bottom of the screen
3. Click "Withdraw Funds"
4. Enter the amount you would like to deposit into your account
5. Select the account you would like to withdraw funds to
6. Click "preview"
7. Click "submit"

You will receive an email with the subject line "You've Initiated a Withdrawal From Your Investment Account."

This will be followed by an email from noreply@primetrust.com (please check spam, and add this address to your contacts list if you don't receive it) with the subject line "[Action Required] - Disbursement Confirmation."

Open this email and click on the "Confirm Disbursement" button. Once you have confirmed the withdrawal, your funds will be available in 5-10 business days.

Please note, there is a $5,000 daily deposit and withdrawal limit

Currently, the app is only available for iOS and US-based users.
