How do I respond to investor comments on my campaign page?

StartEngine users can post questions and comments in the discussion section of your campaign page, and all users connected to the campaign can respond. You'll receive an email notification each time an investor comments.

A few best practices: aim to answer within one business day, review your reply before posting (we cannot edit or remove comments), and note that it's fine to restate information already covered in your Form C.

Regulation crowdfunding relies on public discourse, so we cannot remove comments or replies unless they actively violate our terms of use.
