How long do I have after the offering closes to fix/correct my investment?

After 45 days of the offering close date, if your investment is pending for any reason, (ie. funds have not been received, the offering is oversubscribed (maxed out), or you have a pending AML (Anti-Money Laundering) issue), the investment will automatically be canceled.

If the offering is oversubscribed, and your funds have already been received, you will have 10 days from the offering close date, to fix your pending AML issue, not received Investment, partial investment, or oversubscribed investment (too much money was sent). If these issues are not resolved within 10 days, your investment will be canceled and refunded.
