How To Set-Up My SeedInvest Account

We have migrated all active SeedInvest investments into the StartEngine system.

The first step in accessing your SeedInvest investments is to create a StartEngine account with the same email address that you used for creating your SeedInvest account. If you want to confirm which email address you used to create your account, or have other concerns, please contact us here.

You can create your StartEngine Primary account by using your SeedInvest email and following these steps:

1. Go to https://account.startengine.com/
2. Click on "Sign Up" in the top right corner of the page.
3. When creating an account, make sure to use the same e-mail address as your SeedInvest account. Once finished, click "Sign Up" at the bottom.
4. Check your email for a verification link from StartEngine, and click the link to verify your email address.
   
   Note: If you no longer have access to this email address, please contact our team for assistance verifying your email.
5. Next, you’ll create your StartEngine Investment Account. Here’s a link in case you’re not prompted to open an investment account, or if you leave and come back: https://account.startengine.com/

Creating an Investment Account will allow you to access the following features and benefits:

1. Buy and sell shares on our new Secondary market trading platform
2. Deposit and withdraw funds from an SIPC insured Investment Account
3. Initiate investments with funds in your Investment Account
4. Participate in our investor referral program
5. Comment in discussion board
6. View your SeedInvest investments

After opening your Investment Account, your SeedInvest shares will be visible on your StartEngine dashboard within 24 hours.
