What does the Investor Accreditation Process look like?

We require investors to go through the accreditation process, should they want to submit an investment of $107k or greater. Investors self-report their income and net worth for the platform to calculate investment limits. However, in order to entirely remove investment limits and to participate in Regulation D offerings (Reg D), investors are required to verify their accreditation status.

All investors who wish to be a verified accredited investor must provide our team with one of the following:

  • First two pages of your tax returns for 2022 and 2023, or
  • Form W2, Form 1099, or Schedule K-1 for 2022 and 2023, or
  • Verification letter from your Lawyer, CPA, Broker or Registered Investment Advisor

Once approved and marked as an accredited investor, the investor will be able to submit offerings in Reg D offerings and without investor limits for Reg A+ and Reg CF offerings.
