Nothing! You still own your investments made on SeedInvest. Please follow these instructions to migrate the investments

Can I still access my SeedInvest portfolio?

The SeedInvest website has been retired.

What can I expect to receive from StartEngine?

In addition to promotions for live offerings on StartEngine, any companies you invested in on SeedInvest may send investor updates using StartEngine's platform. You can opt out of emails from StartEngine at any time.

What happens if one of my SeedInvest portfolio companies experiences an exit event?

You should expect to hear important updates from the company you invested in directly and/or their transfer agents.

How does StartEngine protect my information?

All StartEngine user communication is encrypted via SSL during transit, and bank-level encryption is used for sensitive information.

Does StartEngine offer an Auto Invest feature?

No, however, you can claim perks like bonus shares on eligible offers by signing up for our Venture Club subscription. Learn more.

Will my failed investments migrate to StartEngine?

Companies that have been dissolved will not migrate to your StartEngine dashboard.

When will my shares be visible on my StartEngine dashboard?

After you create both StartEngine accounts (Primary and Investment Account) and verify your email address, your investments should be visible on your StartEngine dashboard within 24 hours.
