How do I set up 2FA on my account?

To set up 2FA, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your StartEngine account at: www.startengine.com

2. Click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner

3. Select "Settings"

4. Select  "Security"

5. Click the button to enable 2FA

6. Follow the prompts and Install Any Authenticator App. (Such as Google Authenticator)

7. Copy Or Scan the Setup Key Into your Authenticator App.

8. Enter Verification Code From Authenticator App.

What method is available for 2FA?

The following verification method:

• Authentication App: Use an authentication app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) to generate verification codes.

What should I do if I lose access to my 2FA device?

If you lose access to your 2FA device, contact our investor experience team immediately at contact@startengine.com  We will help you regain access to your account after verifying your identity.

Is 2FA mandatory for my account?
