What happens after my Reg CF closes?

Funds are still clearing from your campaign. We allot about 30 days for investors to fulfill payment post-close. Following that timeframe, we will cancel anything that has not cleared and approve your final disbursement.

To comply with SEC regulation, we will also file your required administrative Form C-U progress update. We recommend posting an update on your campaign page so investors know how to contact you with questions about the company or their investment going forward. It is best practice to share updates with your investors on a quarterly basis — you can do this through the StartEngine platform, which you have lifetime access to, or by creating an investor newsletter list using the contact information we provide you at the close of the campaign.
