What happens if a campaign reaches its goal early?

For Regulation A+, if the company reaches their investment goal early, they have the option to either oversubscribe their funding goal and continue to take investments, or end the campaign earlier than their original deadline. 

For Regulation Crowdfunding, if the company hits their target raise amount early, investors will be placed on a waitlist. However, these investors will not be charged. If and when space opens up in the raise (e.g. cancellations from unreceived funds), investors will be moved off the waitlist on a first come first serve basis. 

Please note that we cannot push waitlist investors through once the offering is closed. (Should we push through an investment after close, the SEC and FINRA would consider this a post-close investment commitment.)
