If you'd like to deactivate your company's account, you're welcome to do so — reach out to services@startengine.com for assistance.

You have access to the Issuer Dashboard and your campaign information for life, regardless of whether you're enrolled in StartEngine Secure. If you ever need help accessing your campaign information, please reach out to services@startengine.com.

Please note that StartEngine is required to follow SEC rules on data security and data retention, so we will still store your data in our database. As a FINRA-regulated funding portal, we are required to make and preserve certain records for five years.
