What is StartEngine Secure and what are the fees?

StartEngine Secure is a paid subscription service that operates as your transfer agent and cap table manager. With StartEngine Secure you get a one-line cap table, investor management, unlimited investors, unlimited investor transfers, a dedicated account manager, full cap table management, equity plan management for options and warrants, our investor relations team to help with investor communication, proxy voting, our secondary marketplace to give your investors liquidity, automated quarterly updates, stock splits, and we file your Form C/AR with the SEC.

What is the Secure fee?

The Secure fee is the fee we charge for our transfer agent service — meaning we keep a record of the shareholders and facilitate transfers of the shares even after the company closes. This fee is payable out of escrow funds at the time of each disbursement. Please review your posting agreement for the Secure fee per investor you have agreed to. This is a competitive pricing model: it is a one-time fee model, and there are no charges per issuance.
