When and how will I receive my campaign perks?

Campaign perks are investment incentives given by companies during their live offerings. These perks can be time based and/or amount based, as well as included if the offering is part of the StartEngine Venture Club Program. It is up to the companies to determine what (if any) perks they want to include in their offering. To check what perks an offering has, please visit the “terms” section on the company’s campaign page.

How do I qualify for perks?

In order to receive perks from an investment, one must submit a single investment that meets the minimum perk requirement. Bonus shares from perks will not be granted if an investor submits multiple investments that, when combined, meet the perk requirement. If the company offers other perks, like products or services, they may be willing to grant you these perks for the combined total of your investment. You can inquire about this by reaching out to the company via the "comments" section of the campaign page. StartEngine will not be able to assist with any perks granted by the Issuer and this does not include any bonus shares. 

When will I receive my perks?

As for when you receive the perks, that depends on the type of perk being offered. If the perk includes bonus shares, you will receive your bonus shares when the company closes (disburses) on your funds. 

As for other types of perks (i.e. company products or services), most companies provide perks to investors after their offering is completed; however, a company, in its discretion, may choose to disburse perks while the offering is live. 

StartEngine does not control when a company distributes these types of perks, so if you have questions, please reach out to the company on the “comment” section of their campaign page or via the email provided towards the bottom of your signed subscription agreement.
