Who is my transfer agent?

Well that depends on the company. Sometimes StartEngine is the transfer agent for the company, and we hold the shares digitally. Sometimes companies choose to use other transfer agents that have their own platforms and display their shares on their respective platforms.

After downloading the subscription agreement, please use ctrl ‘f’ or cmd ‘f’ and search for "cap table" or “transfer agent". The name of the transfer agent should be there.
